This is the last week we'll host study hall at the library! Please encourage your students to take advantage of this opportunity to prepare for their exams.

The tutors and the library staff hosted a lei making workshop in the Learning Resource Center (LRC) Thursday, May 8th. Students learned how to make ti leaf lei and eyelash yarn lei. Mahalo Jordan and Faith, our LRC tutors, for leading the workshop!

Finals Countdown: May 5-16. The library offers study spaces, research support, and destressing activities. The Learning Resource Center and Writing Center offers tutoring and writing consultation and more! We will also have free snacks funded by ASUH - Leeward CC. March 27 (Thursday): Launch of the 50th Anniversary Edition of “Historic Waiʻanae: A Place of Kings”

We will be showcasing the 50th Anniversary Edition of “Historic Waiʻanae: A Place of Kings,” at our library table in the main room of Waiʻanae Moku. Engage in interactive games and stand a chance to win a prize!


April 1 (Tuesday): The Learning Commons at the Student Involvement Fair

  • Puʻuloa Campus, The Concourse
  • 10:30am - 1pm

The library staff & tutors will be on the concourse for the Student Involvement Fair! Ask us anything, get snacks!


April 3 (Thursday): Tea Time

  • Puʻuloa Campus, The Learning Resource Center (LRC) in the Library
  • 12-1pm

We will be hosting tea time in the LRC! Enjoy some R&R with activities and light refreshments!


April 7-11 (Monday - Friday): National Library Week @ Leeward CC Library

Mahalo nui for your patience and flexibility during the heavy demolition phase of the library renovation. We are excited to share that Tutoring is back at the Library!

Our work hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 3:00pm and Fridays 10:30am - 3:00pm
  • By appointment only: 9:00am - 10:00am

Due to the ongoing library renovation, our tutoring services have been temporarily relocated to LA-106 (in the Language Arts building near the Theatre). We will provide updates as soon as we are able to return to the Library this semester.

Our hours of operation remain the same:
Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

All of our services will continue as usual, including both scheduled appointments and drop-in tutoring. To book an appointment, please visit our website.

Signage will also be posted to help direct students to the new location.
